Service Agreement

This Website Design Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you ("Client") and Woodline Web Design LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a website design plan from our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided

Company agrees to provide website design and development services using the Wix platform based on the selected plan. Services may include website creation, customization, hosting setup, and ongoing maintenance, as outlined in the purchased plan.

2. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Recurring plans require a valid payment method on file for automatic billing.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

  • Each plan includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra charges.

  • Any requests outside the scope of the purchased plan may require an upgrade or additional fees.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated project completion timeframes will be provided upon order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to Client responsiveness, requested revisions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Timely submission of required content (e.g., text, images, logos) by Client is essential for meeting deadlines.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Client must provide accurate business information and content.

  • Client is responsible for reviewing and approving work at various stages.

  • Client must adhere to Wix’s Terms of Service, as the website will be built on their platform.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Clients may cancel their plan within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided no work has started.

  • If work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed.

  • No refunds will be issued after project completion and final approval by the Client.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, the Client retains ownership of the website’s design and content.

  • Wix account and hosting services are subject to Wix’s policies and may require additional fees directly payable to Wix.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Company is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or functionality due to third-party service failures, including Wix or domain providers.

  • Company is not responsible for ongoing website updates or maintenance unless covered under an active service plan.

​

9. Termination of Services

  • Company reserves the right to terminate services if Client violates this Agreement, fails to make payments, or engages in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • In case of termination due to Client non-compliance, no refunds will be issued.

10. Modifications to Agreement

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Connecticut.

​

By purchasing a website design plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.
